Chad & Kiley Bath Remodel

Primary Bath Project
These are the photos I've used to create mockups starting with the inspiration photo you provided. The other photos are from your MLS listing showing the bathroom from two different angles.
Color Palette
I took screenshots from different rooms in your MLS photos to get a sense of an overall color palette to help with color selection for tile and other materials. The inspiration photo you chose works really well with this palette.

Floor Tile
Here are three matte finish large format porcelain tiles from Home Depot to consider.

Pebble Mosaic
These three pebble mosaics are available at Home Depot and would go nicely with any of the floor tiles.

Glossy White 3D Tile
It appears that your inspiration photo shows a wavy 3D tile. Here are some you might want to consider. I've showed the Lumino Wavy White in my mockups.

Floor Plan
I pulled the floor plan graphic from your MLS listing, readjusted the scale to match Chad's measurements. It needs to be tweeked once more accurate measurements are taken.

Lighting
Your house has a nice clean soft contemporary/transitional vibe that lends itself to chrome or brushed nickel. I selected this look which I think will go nicely with other fixtures in the house. Oil rubbed hardware in the powder room is also a nice touch but it might be too heavy in the master bath where you'll have a lot of fixtures. It is a good option though if you like the look.

Pure white quartz is manufactured (engineered), not a natural stone. Here’s the clear breakdown—no gray area: What Pure White Quartz Actually Is ≈90–95% crushed natural quartz ≈5–10% resins, polymers, and pigments Pressed and cured into slabs under controlled conditions So while it contains real quartz minerals, it is not a quarried stone like marble or granite.

Manufactured stone with slight marble pattern. What Carrara White Quartz Is Engineered quartz (not natural marble) Made from: ~90–95% crushed natural quartz Resin + pigments + additives Factory-pressed and cured into slabs So it’s real quartz-based material, but with a man-made pattern designed to resemble Carrara marble. Not to be confused with Carrara Marble, which is 100% natural stone with natural veining and variability.

Carrara marble counters are gorgeous and classic—but they demand care. If you love the natural beauty and are okay with upkeep, they add real character. But for a low-maintenance, everyday surface, engineered options like quartz or porcelain might serve you better.
